If you have received your Meta Quest 3 recently or have had it since day one, you know how impressive the tech is with Virtual Reality. With the improved controls and specs, the Quest 3 has become one of the must-have headsets. But there are some items about the headset that some may wish could change from the default that came with the headset. Two of those items would be the facial interface and the head strap that comes standard with the Quest 3. As good as they are and they get the job done, there are improvements to it that could be made. And that’s where KIWI design comes in with their new V3 Facial Interface and K4 Comfort Head Strap for the Quest 3. But is it worth it to upgrade from the original? Let’s find out more about the new interface.

So what is the KIWI design: V3 Facial Interface for the Quest 3? If you have a Meta Quest 3, then you know it comes with some impressive technology. But there is always room for improvement, especially regarding comfort. KIWI design has stepped in to fill that gap with their Facial Interface for the Quest 3.
One thing that KIWI design has always done, is making the packaging simple and they did it again here.

Inside you will find the following:
- Environmental Friendly Packaging
- Facial Interface
- Instruction Manual

Following the detailed and easy instructions, taking apart the sides was very easy as well as the default strap and facial interface. One thing you will notice with the default interface is it is fabric against your face. The new KIWI design: Facial Interface for the Quest 3 is made from a leather cushion that helps reduce pressure on your face while you wear the headset. It also features L-shaped vents that increase airflow and prevent fogging. Plus, it comes with light blockers that enhance immersion. With all these features, the KIWI design Facial Interface is a great way to make your Quest 3 experience even better.

Now, at this point, you could put back on the default head strap and attach the sides back to the Quest 3 headset and call it a day or if you are looking to add to the comfort, then the K4 Comfort Head Strap very well may be the puzzle piece you need to complete your Quest 3 headset.
Again, simplicity is added to the packaging.

When opening the box, you get to see the beauty that is this head strap.

Inside you will find the following:
- Environmental Friendly Packaging
- Head Strap
- PU Leather Cushion
- User Manual

Just like the V3 Facial Interface, I appreciate how the instructions are detailed and easy to follow for the K4 Comfort Head Strap. Some things to mention about this head strap. This head strap is thinner compared to the default, how very comfortable the PU Leather Cushion is when it is resting on your head as it retains the original comfort level, the overall increased torque, and being able to just lean back to watch movies or go to a concert inside with Meta Horizons.
I also want to point out how easy it is to adjust the knob and how fantastic the head strap feels on the back of your head.

When you combine the new Facial Interface and the K4 Comfort Head Strap, you get the unmatched comfort you deserve while enjoying all that you do. And when you think about it, that says a lot, especially when you are gaming or just relaxing and enjoying the view.
