PlayStation VR2 Announced At CES 2022…

January 5, 2022 ·

January has already started to be a great start for 2022. We had the specs of the PlayStation VR2 along with a new game called Horizon Call of the Mountain that is in development and will be coming to the new headset. But at CES 2022, there was a discussion about the new headset, officially named PlayStation VR2 along with the new controllers called PlayStation VR2 Sense Controllers. With a new generation of players being introduced to PlayStation VR games, players will get a sense of new ways to play and experience Virtual Reality with a deeper immersion into those games. PlayStation VR2 is looking to invoke those emotions of the players with new sensory features, enhanced control tracking, and upgraded visual fidelity like never before on PlayStation VR.

Features such as Eye Tracking will allow for new ways to interact both in the game and socially. If you were wanting to experience more in VR, you have something to look forward to as the PlayStation VR2 headset has responsive feedback so you can feel that will heighten the sensations as you play your favorite game. With the visuals being improved on, we will get 4K HDR, Foveated Rendering, and a 110° Expanded Field of View. Adding the power of the system, the new controllers, the PS5, and the franchises that will be coming, this is a very exciting time to get excited about PlayStation VR2.

Until then…please enjoy…
