The Oculus Quest 2 Is Coming…

September 14, 2020 ·

Wow, what just seems like not that long ago has only been impressive when it comes to VR. What seemed like it could not get any better, just got a lot better. When the Oculus Quest was released it had Duel Oled 1600×1400 for a panel which is impressive, inside out tracking, and the Snapdragon 835 processor with 4gb of memory and a choice of 64 gigs or 128 gigs of storage. Then Oculus came out with the link cable which when connected to a PC basically gave you even more VR to experience. Now, get ready as the Oculus Quest 2 has been leaked.

With the Oculus Quest 2, we can expect Qualcomm’s Snapdragon XR2 processor. What is interesting is that this processor is designed not only for VR, but for AR as well. Which means with the inside out tracking, things could get very interesting. For the display, we are now looking at an almost 4k resolution, 6 gigs of ram, 256 gigs of storage, hands free tracking, and3D positional audio.

As we don’t have all the details yet, Oculus Quest 2 is looking to be quite impressive. We won’t have to wait until long to know more as the Oculus even is scheduled to happen on September 16, 2020.

Until then…please enjoy…
