Back at the end of September, we got a taste of Do Not Open when it comes to PlayStation VR. But it looks like there is some news regarding this title. The goal was to have Do Not Open releasing hopefully in time for this past Halloween, it looks like the developers want some more time in order to make it the best experience possible and it looks like the new targeted goal of mid-2022. This is not a bad thing at all. In fact, if this is even a Halloween 2022 release just to get in the spirit of things, that would work as well.
But there is other news as well including:
- The developer knows that not only do the visuals and immersion need to be where they feel the game should be, they also know that the soundtrack is also important with that immersion. That is why they have signed Agus González-Lancharro who has credits on such films such as Captain America: Winter Soldier, Pacific Rim, World War Z, along with many others.
- Coming to PS5
- Physical release in partnership with publisher Perp Games
There have also been new screenshots and trailers to get everyone prepared for what is coming.
So get ready when Do Not Open comes to PlayStation VR in mid-2022.
Until then…please enjoy…
