NFL PRO ERA Brought The Experience To The London Games…

October 18, 2022 ·

The game of Football has fans from all over the world with each one having their favorite team and players. And with the recent release of the first NFL and NFLPA-licensed VR game from developer SatusPRO, NFL PRO ERA, many of those same fans can practice being the Quarterback for their favorite team against other NFL teams and even have some multiplayer fun. And that fun continued this past October 13, 2022, in Miami, FL as some fans got to experience some special events ahead of the Greenbay Packer’s first-ever regular season international match-up with the New York Giants at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the 2022 London Games.

StatusPRO co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and former Div-1 Quarterback, Troy Jones, had this to say about the event:

“At StatusPRO, we are excited to use our technology to help expand the reach of the NFL and teach fans the game of football, being a part of this exciting activation for the 2022 London Games is our first time showcasing NFL PRO ERA in an international market, and we’re thrilled to give fans a first-person experience of what it’s like to compete on Sunday’s through virtual reality,”

StatusPRO co-founder and President, Andrew Hawkins had this to say:

“We’re offering a wide variety of gameplay modes for players of all levels, including a 2-minute drill that helps engage fans and expose them to the game of football through a new lens working with the Packers to showcase how innovation and technology can drive fan growth and engagement while broadening the NFL’s global reach has been an incredible follow-up to our recent product launch,”

It just shows what happens when you combine a franchise like the NFL and the technology to bring that experience together for everyone to enjoy.

NFL ERA PRO is out now for PlayStation VR on the PlayStation Store and Quest 2 on the Oculus Store.
