Get Ready To Create With MultiBrush…

February 8, 2021 ·

One of the VR apps that is used to create art in VR is Tiltbrush by Google. The VR app allowed you to experience painting like never before. But within the last week, Google announced that it, like many of its products, has stopped any active development for Tiltbrush. Now, why this would be a bad thing normally, Google did make the app open source and already in developer’s hands as we speak. Now, it looks like Developer Rendever has used this to create MultiBrush that has been part through SideQuest. But thanks to Oculus App Lab for the Oculus Quest/Quest 2, they are able to bring MultiBrush directly to the platform without the need of any side loading. This just gets me all excited not only about App Lab, but what people will develop with the open source. No word on the official date when it will be avialble through App Lab, but the plan is to make it available. Let’s jus thope sooner than later.

Until then…please enjoy…
