Konami Is Continuing To Get Its Feet Wet with Virtual Reality…

March 11, 2021 ·

Konami has a lot of series in their arsenal that many fans can really appreciate and love. But it looks like Konami wants to keep testing the VR waters with their newest game music rhythm game, Beat Arena. Looking at the trailer, it will have that familiar look to many with the music popping. But it takes that familiarity of games like Rock Band or Guitar Hero and gives it the Virtual Reality treatment where you can play the drums, keyboard, guitar, and bass all while performing in front of an anime crowd and you can even create your own avatar as well as jam together with a friend in VR. This is good for VR, but for now, it’s only out in Asian countries. But I say to keep not only keep getting your feet wet but jump right in. Beat Arena releases this week on the Oculus Quest/Quest 2 in the Oculus Store.

Until then…please enjoy…
