Playing on the PlayStation VR2, we all enjoy what it brings. From the 4K HDR visuals to the haptics, it allows us to play and feel in new and exciting ways. But as we are in full Summer mode and depending on where you may live, things can get mighty hot and you very well may have noticed an increase in sweat from playing. Sure, you may play with the AC blasting that air or have fans going on so you can at least be somewhat comfortable.
Even with the heat, ac, and fans, it still can get hot. So I was looking for ways to help reduce the sweat as well and I came across VR Cover. Upon receiving the order, the first thing you will notice is that it comes in not only a small box, but a very nice-looking box with VR Cover printed all over.
In also looking at the box, you will notice some things as the claim that it makes is the following:

Keep in mind that the covers do not come with a foam padding.
The instructions are pretty clear and even if you think you may need more assurance that you have this, there is an easy video that VR Cover has made to show and it is very easy to install. But one thing that the PlayStation VR and the PlayStation VR2 headset do not have is a middle strap. And you might think that it doesn’t need it, but after using the PlayStation VR2 VR Cover for a couple of weeks now, I can say that the middle strap is a welcomed feature as it does add balance to the headset.
Now, about the claims that it makes. Have I noticed a reduction in sweat, improved hygiene, and comfortable on the skin? The short answer is yes. The material that VR Cover chose to use, has helped in the reduction to time of no sweat at all. Any sweat is absorbed into the material which is easily washable and reusable. Also, it does feel good to my head. So for all those VR Fitness players out there, you shouldn’t need to worry.
So is this a necessity to play the PlayStation VR2? No, it isn’t. But is it the way it should be played? Yes, it is. As I mentioned, it is comfortable, helps with sweat, and that middle strap helps the PlayStation VR2 experience.
